In the event that you wish to return or exchange your commodity piece, there are just three things you should know:
  1. You may return or exchange your commodity up to a few days from the date you received your commodity*
  2. You are responsible for shipping the commodity back to us and for the costs associated with that shipment.
  3. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
      If you decide to have your commodity exchanged, you will receive your new commodity within weeks from the date on which we receive the returned commodity from you.
